I have a bunch of form field in a document. I have formatted them all
with bold and underline. My problem is the fields that I don't end up
using, they print out as an underline. Is there a way to suppress the
printing of form fields that do not contain anything? Any help that
you could lend would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
