Need help using "Find" feature in Outlook 2003

I'm trying to learn MS Outlook 2003, as I've alwasy used OE 6. In OE when
you do an Edit...>Find you have a clear choice of "from", "to" , "subject"
and body of message. In Outlook, I don't seem to be presented with those
choices unless I do an advanced search. For example, if I search for
"Learning Strategies" I get everything that has either of the 2 words
anywhere in the email. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
