need help with 2003 product key for office 2003

I have been trying to get a product key for my office 2003 ,microsoft has
been no help at all ! I have been trying for a week to get a product key but
all i get is blown off by micrsoft your customer service is to refer people
to other customer service ,and then hang up on them.All i want is to use my
office 2003 ,i do not under stand why microsoft even has a customer
service,they do not help customers just jerk customers around and then hang
up on them.
