Need help with configuration

I just set up my access database on a network with
security (usergroups and users). Now when I try to access
the database via a workstation I start getting an error
that I am not sure I understand correctly. This is the
text to it:

To start the reactivation process, insert your Microsoft
Office XP with Frontpage CD and click the Next button.




I have done this and then this window comes up again when
I restart Access. I now have it working on 2 computers and
it doesn't work on the rest. I can't get it to work on the
server either. Can anyone help me out here?
