Need Help with Embedded VB Scripts in Excel

Hi,
I am Kisshu,
I have a requirement as following:

I have 2 excel workbooks @ 2 different locations.
While opening first workbook, it has to get the data (some ['m X n']
cells' content) from second workbook and all the data should be shown
in the first workbook.

I am not restrited to use VB Scripts, if I get any other solution for
my problem.

Let me know if anybody have any solution.
