Need help with layout

I am writing a disaster plan for a company. I would like to have users move
through the document to relevant sections easily. What I want is like a
hyperlink TOC to take them to the sections pertaining to their immediate
need. The end users will be store clerks who may have limited computer
skills. Help!

Depends on the version of Word you are using, but from Word 2000 onwards,
hyperlinked table of contents is standard.

If you are using heading styles appropriately, you can automatically
generate a table of contents that will be hyperlinked. In Word 97, the page
numbers are hyperlinks; in later versions, the entire TOC entry is a
hyperlink.
