Need help with making a link bar float

I'm not sure if it is possible to do this, but I want the main link bar on my
web page, which is positioned in its own frame vertically, to float down the
page as the visitor is moving down the page, so that they don't have to come
back to the top of the page to access it again.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Jennifer

I should probably also tell you that I have no clue how to use html.

In that case, you should probably start learning some, and see the links
that Rob posted as well.

ah...well then you want to mess around in FP for a few weeks with basic
stuff then...start simple and work your way up. Otherwise, you're gonna be
stumbling around and get very frustrated.

I have gotten the basics of frontpage down, I have actually built a fairly
large website for the company I work for, this is just a little extra
something that I want to do. Do you know where I can find one that is
already written, or where I can learn how to use html?

Yes, I posted two options in the previous link...but you're not gonna find
some specifically written for your web...you have to do that with code
examples from those web sites...but read the Likno web again maybe they have
a program that creates that floating menu...Im not sure.
