Need help with my bookmarks

Hi, I'm doing a demo website and one of the pages is a glossary. I've put
in several "back to the top" bookmarks. They work fine in normal view, but
do nothing in preview and when loaded to net. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you. Susie
