I just installed Office 2003 and am getting this message
when I try to run Outlook.
Outlook was unable to register or load a DLL because the
path to the folder where the DLL resides is longer than
the maximum number of characters allowed by the Open File
function used by Outlook (128 characters). Outlook must
be uninstalled and reinstalled to a shorter folder path if
more than 128 characters were used.
