Need help with reconfiguring inbox

I set my incoming e-mail to open in the delete file instead of the inbox.
Dumb idea. I can't remeber how I got it to do that and want my incoming mail
to be in the inbox. Help.
Also, today started to receive 2 copies of each e-mail-how do i fix that?
