Need help with running sum

Please take a look at

http://meyerlandsman.googlepages.com/ReportCounts.mdb

and look at rptTest. You can see that Project Count is not correct. On the
first page, for Program E_777, it should be 3, and on the second page, for
Program G66 it should be 2. Please tell me how to make it count correctly.

I appreciate that and considered what you are saying before I posted my
message. I figured that anyone who's smart enough to solve the problem is
smart enough not to get infected by viruses or malware. My PC's haven't
gotten infected in years only because I'm really careful. I'll repost,
