Need help writing a Formula

Cell# 1 =Active cell, based on drop down list of 39 choices in Cell#
when choice is made, I then need to look up a table of the 39 with
possible values (in a range on another worksheet)

Why not do a =VLOOKUP() on the contents of Cell #2 ?

Otherwise, in code, do a Find.
