each desktop the exactly the same with user restrictions is there a program

I'd suggest you ask this question in a Windows XP forum. This newsgroup is for
the database software Microsoft Access. If you got here via the webpage,
scroll down the (sometimes confusing) list of subject areas - this is the
first one alphabetically, but isn't the "catch all" group!
