need help

[CAGCAT10.MMV]

I cant Install office XP PRO beacuse it can't read the CAGCAT10.MMW
it give me this message. Error 1305. Setup cannot read file
C:\programfiles\Microsoft odffice\Media\cagcat10\CAGCAT10.MMW
