Need Image Composer in English

Help!
have some artwork i need that was done in Microsoft Image Composer.
A file became currput.

I can not find this again in miscrosft downloads.
Online, they seem to be only in chinese

I need english version.
anyone have one?

I also have a copy - one of the best graphics programs Microsoft ever
produced.
Comes with FrontPage 98 and the standalone version of FrontPage 2000.
