Need Join help

I am using Access 2010 and if someone could help me with this query I wouldbe eternally grateful. I have two tables. The first table shown below in Figure 1 is a complete list of everyone in the company (fictionalized and abreviated). My second table called "Completes" and denoted by Fig 2 below isa list of employees and the courses that they have completed. This is pulled from our company Learning Management system and as you can see, an employee may be listed more than once. With both tables imported into Access I want to produce a result set that shows a result set like Fig 2 with one additional item. For anyone that has not taken a course, I would like them listed at the bottom of the result set with blanks for Course name and completion status. What I'm hoping for is shown in Fig 3.
