Need new key for office 2007 ... HELP

Office 2007 (small business) does not recognize my previous office (XP
Student-Teacher). Microsoft says it hasn't released new keys yet (3 weeks
plus). HELP

Office XP for Students and Teachers and Office 2003 Students and
Teachers Edition are NOT qualifying products for upgrade to any Office
2007 edition.
