There are two command-line switches to start Outlook without checking mail on
startup "/nopollmail" and "/safe:2". However, what if my default
configuration is to start up without checking mail and to DO want Outlook to
check on startup? We need a switch to force Outlook to poll in those cases.
(If one already exists please let me know!)
When I start Outlook manually I do not want it to automatically poll for
mail, but when I call Outlook from another program (for example MailWasher) I
would like a switch to force polling on startup.
