Need phone log template with flexable cells & tab/enter to next fi

MS Excel 2003. I need to move quickly from one cell to another by tabbing or
using the enter key. The template will need to be able to be customized with
required headings/labels followed by open fields/cells to enter data. Some
information filelds/cells may required ten to 100 words. (expandable
field/cells)

I have searched microsoft templates but have found nothing that was close.
Thanks for the suggestions I will keep looking. Any other suggestion will be

Perhaps you merely need to put headings on the columns of a blank
spreadsheet.
