Need port information for Online Research Task Pane (encarta dicti

My campus firewall is preventing the Encarta Online Dictionary Research
function from working. Can anyone tell me what ports they need to open to
get this to work? I am sure it is the campus firewall because it works fine
when outside the campus network. thanks.

I've only got port 80 open for internet access on my hardware firewall and I
have no problem using the Task Pane access to any of the Research Groups.
