need recommendation

I have information that now comes from a sql database that
the information needs to be dropped into an excel
spreadsheet and gets updated on a monthly basis and that
same information gets inserted into hundreds of individual
client spreadsheet and then PDF's and emailed out with
results. Is there anyway to automatically have the
information drop correctly into the main spreadsheet and
then update the client spreadsheet to eliminate the time
it takes to do this monthly.
