Need Simple Project Example

I have a database table which contains Microsoft Project like data (Task,
start date, end date, URL, etc). I would like to use VB.NET to open an
existing Project file and inject this data. What is the easiest way of
accomplishing this task? Can someone please provide a sample chunk of code?
