Need someone to build an InfoPath form

I work in the funraising department at a non-profit organization. I would
like to replace our current check/donation form that's in word with an
InfoPath version. This is a simple form but unfortuantely, I don't have the
time. Any suggestions on where I may contact a consulting company to build
it for me?
