Need someone to examine this formula...

that is a good catch, I added that to the formula but it didnt change
anything. Are the "greater than or equal to" type entries correct? My
count is off by 20 or 30 or so, so it seems possibly it isnt counting if
it is equal to the date, maybe its just counting greater or less than??
