Need Subject with #ms#

Hi,

Can someone help, Whenever I want to send any mail from my outlook i want
#ms# to be there in the subject.

Also i need and warning message if #ms# is not there in the subject when I
send or reply or forward mails from my outlook.

Type it into the subject line and then set a filter to look for it in
incoming mail.
