need template for white inkjet labels 14 on A4 help please

where do i find the template so that i can print my address labels onto A4
paper with 14 labels per sheet, it says compatable with microsoft word

On the Labels tab of Tools | Envelopes and Labels (or Tools | Letters and
Mailings | Envelopes and Labels), click the Options button, select the label
type and manufacturer, and scroll down to find the stock number.
