"Microsoft Binder" is only available in Microsoft Office 97 and Microsoft
Office 2000, however, an unbind program (unbind.exe) is available for
Microsoft Office XP and Microsoft Office 2003. Microsoft Unbind is used to
extract the Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint files
(possibly others) and asks you what folder they should be placed in.
If you wish to use Microsoft Binder to create Binder files, you will need to
purchase an install Microsoft Office 97 or Microsoft Office 2000.
