need timer sound alarm for outlook appointment end hr

[timer/alarm with sound for outlook apts.]

need an appointment timer with sound that will go off in an outlook
appointment 15 min before the end of the hour appt for example to remind me
to move the client to end of our time and move in the next client. any
suggestions.
