Need to 3 sorts (3 worksheets) in one workbook and then to another workbook!

Using Excel 2002! I need to separate 3 sorts of a
worksheet into the same workbook. Then, I need to copy
all that data into another workbook which I've already
done. My question: IS THERE AN EASY WAY TO CHANGE DATA
THAT I'VE MADE IN THE "MASTER" MAKE THE CHANGE TO THE
SORTS IN THE SAME WORKBOOK AND THE SECOND WORKBOOK WITH
THE SAME SORTS AS WELL?
