Need to access my business Outlook from home

Is it possible and how do I access my business outlook
from my home computer? If I can do that, will I also be
able to access my Outlook address book and other files and
how do i do that? Please use simple terms, I am not a real
guru and I have somehow been designated as our office's
most knowledgable tech support. Thanks so much.
