Need to add a text field on Project level

Hello:

I want to add a Text field in a main template
for e.g. 'Delay Reason' on project level which will be
displayed with the summary line in Project Center View
through PWA.
Can anybody tell me how to do this?

First, open the Enterprise Global, click Tools - Customize - Enterprise
Fields, and select one of the enterprise Project text fields. Rename the
field to "Delay Reason" and then save and close the Enterprise Global file.
Before you can see the changes to this field, you must also close Microsoft
Project and then reopen the application.

Next, log into PWA with administrator permissions. Click Admin - Manage
Views. Edit each Project Center view and include the new field.

Lastly, all of your project managers will need to open every one of their
active projects and then click Project - Project Information. If their
project has been delayed for any reason, they should enter the information
in the Delay Reason field. Once they have done so, they need to click
Collaborate - Publish - Project Plan or Collaborate - Publish - All
Information to "push" the new information to PWA. Hope this helps.
