Need to add access for Nokia PC suite

Help please,

I'm running Nokia PC suite so I can sync my phone with the contacts in
Outlook 2003 beta.

Every time it syncs it ask me to allow the program access for a certain
amount of time.

Is there anyway I can allow access all the time?
