need to add custom panel like picture clips or Spell check?

Hi,

I want to add a new custom panel that will display my own controls on it.
The panel will be displayed like Spell Checker panel is displayed beside the
document.
Do I have to use msoCommandBar object or Panel object?

This is an example of popup of window. I want to show the popup or create a
panel beside the document like when you press SHIFT+F7 to show spell checker
or open the clipart. It opens beside the document not like a popup.

Please let me know how to do this.
