Need to add extra properties to pastelink function

Hey all =). So here is what I am doing. I have a large data sheet, I copy
rows out of it, paste it to a new sheet, then copy that and paste it as a
link back on the same line I copied it from on the previous sheet. so now
whatever I enter on the new sheet, updates on the data sheet. What I can't
get it to do however, is formatting and colors. If lets say I make the line
fill color green, it doesn't update on my data sheet. Is there any way to do
this?

Try copy........paste special, formats and copy paste special any formuas or
values

Thanks =). This helps a bit, but maybe I am not understanding fully. But I
need it to update in real time, so if I change the cells fill color to green
