I cant find a pet agreement template for a rental or lease contract.

This would not be the place to look. This news group is about Microsoft
Access, a database program.

Well, you won't find it on a newsgroup supporting the database
software Microsoft Access(TM).

Why not write your own?? You know better than some anonymous Microsoft
employee what you want your agreement to say!
