Need to change a church bulletin front page

Am new to Office software. I have the Student and Teachers Edition on my PC.
So, I want to change our church bulletin's front page to include more info.
Would I use "Front Page" to scan the front page and modify from there or
would I then copy it to another part of Office?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

I'm going to guess that you are a newbie to more than just Office.

FrontPage is used to create websites and is not part of Office STE. The
easiest thing would be to use the same software program that your bulletin
was originally created with. I assume you have an electronic file of the
bulletin.

FrontPage is for development of web sites not the first page of a bulletin.

The best approach is to obtain the bulletin file that contains the first
page you want to modify and modify the first page with application that was
used to develop the bulletin.

With the Office pack you have, you could scan the first page into Word using
OCR {Optical Character Reading} software {perhaps came with your scanner} to
get a text file that you can modify.

IMO, the best choice {if you do not have the original bulletin file with he
first page} is use Word to create a new first page. You can obtain clipart
that you could use at:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx. If their is
artwork on your current first page, then scan the first page into an image
editor {such as Photo Editor if it came with your Office version}, then cut
out the art and save it in a separate file to insert in your new first page.

Publisher would be a better choice than Word, but Publisher is not in your
Office STE.
