Need to change PMs on ALL projects in PS ASAP

I am leaving my job and need to replace my name as
the "owner" or project manager of all the projects with my
replacement's name. Today. I looked in all my books and
cannot find an answer. Any help is appreciated.

Tara --

First log into PWA and do the following:

1. Navigate to the Project Center
2. Select one of your projects (click in any column for the project other
than the Project Name column)
3. Click the Edit button
4. Select the new Owner of the project and click the Save and Close button
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for every project you currently manage

After you have completed the above steps, make sure that you have processed
all pending task updates on the Updates page of PWA. After confirming this,
the new owner of each project will need to open each project and do the
following to receive task updates from team members:

1. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
2. Select the "Become the manager for these assignments" option
3. Click OK
