need to change size of insert screen to read the name of image

I am trying to insert a picture into a word file, but the name of the image
is so long, that I can't read the jpg number on the pictures. How do I
change the size of the box that lists the photos I am inserting?

Double click the "Title bar" of the "Insert picture" dialog box.
