need to configure the team member before deactivated . and how complete the task 100% forcefully

Hi ,

When the team member leave the company and I Deactivated itand remove from
the group of himwhen the manager open the project in which this member was
working showing dialog box about the remainning work of this team member and
on the click of ok button it is displaying 5 to 8 times the dialog box of
that team members.
tell me what we need to do before deactivate the leaving team member.and how
we can stop this dialog box again and again.

(2) how we can complete the task of any user which is active or deactivated
.. if the manager need to complete the tasks of deactivated user forcefully .
how manager can do this.

Hi Michaeal,

Open the project plan and go to Gantt Chart View and enter remaining
work as 0 (zero) for that resource.

Save the project plan.

When you open next time, you won't see those messages.

The PM can filter the project for Using Resource... and select the resource
who has left the organization. Then, the PM can select each task and click
Tools > Assign Resources. Select the departed resource and click Replace.
Select a resource to assign the remaining work.
