I am managing a magazine publication cycle, and was trying to set up a resource that I could subtract from throughout the calendar year
Ex: I order 25,000 copies on Jan 1 04, my first mailing is in March '04, and would be 2500 copies
Initially I just entered this as a note, but there has to be a better way!!
