Need to Create Another Project 2003 Instance

I've found instructions for creating an additional Project Server instance
for 2002 and 2007 but both are different than 2003. I've done this before but
tis' been awhile and I've evidently missed something somewhere because it
isn't working. Anyone know where I can get some good instructions?

Thanks but that's not exactly what I'm looking for... I've gotten that far
but evidently I did something wrong along the way. When I ran the Site Editor
tool, I put in the DB Server and the name of the DB I previously created (I
created a new DB and then restored a backup file from the production system
to it so it would have data). When I run the test in Site Editor, it passes
everything and does not encounter any errors. The problem is that when I try
to go to the URL for the site, it's not found.

I think my problem is something to do with Sharepoint or IIS in that I
cannot get to the user interface- maybe I chose the wrong App Pool or
something.

Shazam- found the problem and I used Site Editor to correct it so thanks for
putting me on the right path... I think I must have not chosen "Default Web
Site" because I just deleted the first one and added a new one with the same
entries as before and it works now.

Hi Angel,
Sounds like something more fundamental. Certainly Editsite is the right
tool, and when it creates the site and passes all the tests then, for me at
least, the site is accessible. Make sure when you create the DBs you run the
relevant Service pack scripts etc. As for the app pool, I would use the
existing one.
