need a form for a web pages that leaves left out unordered items
if I have a menu online w/ 48 items you submit 3 items to order how do i
only get it to send me a list / form email with those 3 items on it.

You might have posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Forms
in Microsoft Access, a database application.

Suggest you re-post your question to the relevant newsgroup for the software
you use to develop your Web page.
