Need to create .oft Template

I have NO trouble in creating filter rules in Outlook Express!
However, I need to create a automatic reply message for a friend in
his Outlook 2000 SP-3 program. Man, are the two programs different!!

We set up the rules OK, but can't figgure out how to create the
REQUIRED ".oft" file with the text for the reply.

The Outlook "HELP" give us no help!

Anyone able to give step by step instructions?

Turn off WordMail as your editor. Create a message. Use File | Save As to
save it as an .oft file. See
