need to disable action button notice

How do I hide/disable the warning that appears when clicking on an action
button? It's about making sure the file I'm linking to is from a trustworthy
source.

I know these are old posts, but I have this same issue. I've changed the
registry, run the files mentioned in the links, and that blasted message
still shows up. Any other clues out there?
