My problem is it was a 60 day trial Office 2003 installed on my new PC. I did
not plan to use this program as I allready had Office 2000. So I uninstalled
it having never used it. So don't understand how I could have lost this file.
I think my problems started when I checked for updates and by mistake
installed updates for 2003 thinking that they were for 2000. This was
installed before I uninstalled 2003
Now I am constantly getting popups that are interfering with going online.
It took me several tries to access this site to get the answer.
Frustration has set in.
