I think PictureIt! uses a .php extension. (I used to have the 2000 version
so they may have added new ones since then.) If so, no. You can't download
it.

You can purchase Works.

Adobe Photoshop opens it. You can a trial version from
http://www.adobe.com/products/tryadobe/main.jsp almost at the bottom of
the page. Hope that helps.

You need to learn to use Google even more.
A search on Google for "extensions" turns up this page:
http://filext.com/
and a search under "P" shows that a .pdp extension is a Broderbund
Print Shop Deluxe File or a Photoshop PDF Format (Adobe)
See if the free Adobe reader will open the file.
