Need to get more than one OOO message

Hi,

My office uses an Outlook email box for all of the email from our clients. There are about 35 people using the same common box. When an OOO message comes in, only the first person who sends them a message sees it. But someone might send the same person an email later in the day, and they will not see the message. This is causing some headaches.

Is there any way to change our Outlook account so that peoples' OOO message comes to us each time?
