Need to import custom menubar

My database got corrupted so I started a new on and imported all the tables,
forms, etc that I thought were still good. But none of my custom menubars
came with them. Any way to retrieve them from the old database???

Sory - I paniced. I tried again and this time remembered to select the
Options prior to the import that specifies to bring over menus and toolbars.
I got them back.
