I just installed Frontpage 2003 to evaluate it for a new client of mine.
I don't normally use Frontpage. When I tried to create a new web using a
wizard, I got a "server not found on port 80" error. Do I need to install
IIS or Apache to just create web pages BEFORE I publish them with this tool
?
