Good afternoon,
I am using a form button to run an Access VBA module that uses object
variables in order to control functions in Excel and Word. The modules work
fine, but if I click on my form to run the modules, when Excel and Word
functions run, those programs automatically pop up and focus in no longer on
my form. I tried setting their object visible settings to false, but didn't
seem to make a difference.I am curious, if I set an object's visibility from
true to false, do I need to close and restart Access or additional
applications for this setting to take effect?
I would like them to run in background but seamlessly and so user only sees
my Access form. Any suggestions? Or is there a setting that keeps the
computers focus set on Access even while additional applications are running
in background? Thanks
Cordially,
